By booking a ride with Seacoast RVIP LLC, you agree to these terms. All rides are pre-booked and confirmed by the driver before payment is collected.
All reservations are subject to driver availability and must be confirmed by Seacoast RVIP. A booking request is not a confirmed reservation until you receive a confirmation code and payment link from us.
Payment is due upon receiving your confirmation link. We accept Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, and all major debit and credit cards. Prices are confirmed at booking and are final.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled ride will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
Passengers are expected to treat our drivers with respect. Seacoast RVIP reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.
Seacoast RVIP carries commercial auto insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always communicate proactively if any issue arises.
