By submitting a booking request through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not submit a booking. These Terms apply to all clients, passengers, and visitors of seacoastrvip.com.
Seacoast RVIP LLC provides pre-arranged, reservation-only black car transportation in the NH Seacoast area and surrounding regions, including airport transfers, evening outings, and casino runs. All rides must be booked in advance. We do not offer on-demand or street-hail transportation.
A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us by email or text. You are responsible for ensuring all booking details — pickup time, location, destination, and passenger count — are accurate at the time of submission.
Change requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and are subject to availability.
All fares are flat-rate and confirmed at the time of booking. We do not charge surge pricing. Payment is accepted by credit card (Square) and Venmo. Full payment is due at or before the time of service unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Additional charges may apply for extended wait times, vehicle cleaning caused by a passenger, or tolls and airport fees not included in your quoted fare.
All passengers agree to behave in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner. The following apply to every ride:
- Passenger count may not exceed the vehicle's seating capacity.
- Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Open containers of alcohol are not permitted unless expressly allowed under applicable law.
- No illegal substances or hazardous materials are permitted in the vehicle.
- You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in your party. Any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your guests will be charged to you.
- Our driver has the right to end a ride at any time if any passenger's behavior poses a safety concern. No refund will be issued in that event.
We make every effort to arrive on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend booking airport rides with sufficient lead time. We are not responsible for missed flights or other time-sensitive engagements resulting from delays outside our control.
We are not responsible for personal items left in our vehicles. If you believe you left an item, contact us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to recover it. We provide no guarantee of recovery. Any damage to our vehicle caused by you or your guests will be assessed and billed to you directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seacoast RVIP LLC's total liability for any claim related to your ride shall not exceed the fare paid for that specific ride. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Seacoast RVIP LLC.
We collect your name, phone number, email address, and ride details solely to provide our services and communicate with you. We do not sell your information to third parties. Booking data is retained for accounting and tax compliance purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted at seacoastrvip.com. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
