• To track flight status for airport pickup accuracy

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe (credit/debit card), Venmo, or cash on arrival. We do not store your full credit card number or sensitive payment details on our servers. Card data is tokenized and managed exclusively through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Your Stripe payment method is stored only for the purpose of billing confirmed rides to your account.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud) with access restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your booking and account data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill legal and tax compliance obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us directly.

Communications

We may contact you via phone, text message, or email in the following circumstances:

• To confirm your reservation
• To provide ride-day reminders and driver dispatch updates
• To notify you of flight delays or schedule changes
• To send account-related notifications (e.g., booking confirmations, invoices)

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at info@seacoastrvip.com. Note that service-critical messages (e.g., ride confirmations, driver updates) cannot be opted out of while a reservation is active.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies and local browser storage solely for functional purposes, such as remembering your booking details and maintaining your session in the client portal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
