Seacoast RVIP LLC — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a booking request through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not submit a booking. These Terms apply to all clients, passengers, and visitors of seacoastrvip.com.
2. Our Service
Seacoast RVIP LLC provides pre-arranged, reservation-only black car transportation in the NH Seacoast area and surrounding regions, including airport transfers, evening outings, and casino runs. All rides must be booked in advance. We do not offer on-demand or street-hail transportation.
3. Reservations and Confirmation
A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation by email or text. You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate. Change requests must be made at least 24 hours before pickup and are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
All fares are flat-rate and confirmed at the time of booking. We do not charge surge pricing. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card (Stripe), Venmo, or cash on arrival. Full payment is due at or before the time of service. Additional charges may apply for extended wait times, vehicle cleaning, or tolls and airport fees not included in your quoted fare.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
✅ 24+ hours before pickup — Full refund of any deposit paid.
⚠️ 12–24 hours before pickup — 50% of the confirmed fare is due as a cancellation fee.
❌ Less than 12 hours before pickup — 100% of the confirmed fare is due. No refund.
❌ No-show — If you are not at the pickup location within 15 minutes of your scheduled time and we have not been notified, 100% of the fare is due.
✅ Cancellation by Seacoast RVIP LLC — Full refund of any amount paid.
6. Passenger Conduct
- Passenger count may not exceed vehicle seating capacity.
- Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are strictly prohibited.
- Open containers of alcohol are not permitted unless expressly allowed by law.
- No illegal substances or hazardous materials are permitted.
- You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in your party. Any vehicle damage will be billed to you.
- Our driver may end a ride at any time if passenger behavior poses a safety concern. No refund will be issued.
7. Timeliness
We make every effort to arrive on time. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for missed flights resulting from such delays.
8. Lost or Damaged Property
We are not responsible for personal items left in our vehicles. Damage to our vehicle caused by you or your guests will be assessed and billed directly to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seacoast RVIP LLC's total liability shall not exceed the fare paid for that specific ride. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Seacoast RVIP LLC.
10. Privacy
We collect your name, phone, email, and ride details solely to provide our services. We do not sell your information to third parties. Booking data is retained for accounting and tax compliance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance. View full Terms page →
